1. Skylark doesn't deliver to my neighborhood.

Yes we do. And if we don’t, we should! Check out our route map here . And if you are outside our delivery area, drop us a note and we will see what we can do. We are a scrappy bunch.

2. I am not home to receive deliveries or to pay for my order.

You are not alone: 99.5% of our pickups and deliveries are when the customer is not home. Simply pick a location that you feel comfortable with (front door, side door, garage, etc.) and we will take it from there. Let us know if you would like a free door hook. We even make payments easy via your online account.

3. Delivery is too expensive.

Not here! Skylark charges zero delivery fees (and you'll notice service prices are the same as at our stores).

4. I don’t dry clean enough for delivery service.

Then you are a good candidate for “On Call” service. Sign up, then schedule pickups from your account only when you need service. We will pick up your order and return it on your next route day.

5. I don’t want to make you go to all the trouble of going to my house. And all that driving is hard on the environment.

We do love you, but won’t be making a special trip just for you. Skylark’s route-based delivery structure allows our drivers to efficiently cover the Metro area.
